An Ideal Room for the Person Needing Care

 

Good ventilation with windows.

 

Place bed facing windows so that the outlook can be seen.

 

Easy access to the bathroom and toilet.

 

Curtains or blinds for controlling the room's lightings and the person's privacy.

 

Lights' dimmer to control the room's lighting.

 

Enough space for wheelchair movement if the person require wheelchair.

 

Single bed with firm but comfortable mattress gives support to the person.

 

Bed with raised legs allows easy access for nursing.

 

Provide call bell if the person is conscious bed-bound.

 

Have a side-table near the bed for placing items required by the person so that they are within reach.
