Community Aerobics

Community Aerobics offers an hour-long aerobic workout that is fun, interesting and action-packed to get your heart rate up and pumping at the end of it. It’s also a great time to bond with your family and community, or just simply wind down after a hard day’s work!

Enrich Your Mind - Sundays @ the Park

Embark on your journey to a free mind and body work out on a Sunday morning.  From yoga and zumba classes, to treasure hunts and other games to stimulate your intellect, this weekly programme offers activities that will benefit both your physical health and mental wellbeing.  As limited places are available, prior registration is strongly recommended.

Fitness@Work

Fitness@Work is an initiative which aims to galvanise busy working adults into incorporating regular physical activity into their daily lives.  It comprises an hour-long weekly workout session specially choreographed to suit people with different fitness levels.  The energy-packed workouts offer a fun-filled alternative for individuals from the workplaces to come together to engage in regular physical activity.

Fun Walk

Join us for a refreshing walk with our diabetic patients at various parks in Singapore on a Saturday morning / evening.  Embrace the mother’s nature and get to know one another through the walk.  Participants will also share tips on how they manage their diabetes.

I-Run

i-Run offers weekly running sessions at River Promenade, Science Park, International Business Park and Changi Business Park. These sessions are led by professional trainers who will give you tips on how to improve your cardiovascular fitness through running.  Running clinics are also frequently conducted to impart knowledge and skills on techniques and injury prevention pertaining to running.
